Always the “Chubby Kid”, Single Mom Julie H. Makes Health a Priority; Drops from Size 20 to Size 12; Goal is to put Bariatric Surgeons out of Business!

PictureJulie H. started her journey in January, 2014 and is now down 37 pounds.

Recently, Julie H., a single Mom working full-time, opened up about her weight loss journey. Her incredible story is now inspiring others to take control of their health.

1. Why did you get start this nutrition program?
I was first introduced to Isagenix almost two years before I signed up. I used every excuse not to join. I tried my own diet thing…was driving almost an hour to wegmans once a week for fresh produce, made fruit and veggie smoothies every morning and salad for lunch and sometimes even dinner and I lost nothing! Watching Adam and Katie Becker go through their journey through Facebook and seeing how happy they were I finally decided to give it a shot. I honestly had no idea what it was I signed up for!

2. What was life like for you before starting Isagenix?
I was always the heavy kid. Even as a baby my family had nicknames for me like “Jubba the Hutt”, “Crusher” and “Cabbage Patch Kid”. As far back as junior high I was never smaller than a 14/16 jean size. Before Isagenix I felt tired, depressed, bloated, large, had low self-esteem and felt unwanted by many.

3. Please share your journey and success so far with the products. What’s changed in your life?
The energy level is unreal! I am in love with WME and the Ionix Supreme. Being a single mom to a 4 year old is challenging, after working full time my energy level was always pretty poor. Since the start of my isa journey I have the energy to do whatever my four year old wants to do. I am goofy and playful…you might have seen us skipping through the national museum of play for example. I don’t snap as easy and I don’t get angry over spilled milk!

4. What are your favorite products? Why?
Ionix supreme – I consider it like welbutrin in a bottle without the medication side effects
WME – I love the orange when added to the vanilla shakes
Isa delights – who doesn’t love a “diet” that let’s you eat chocolate
Isa lean bars – pick a flavor any flavor…yummy!!!

5. What’s ahead for you goal-wise? Have you started sharing the opportunity with others?
My initial goal was to lose 75 lb. I am now looking at it from a healthier stand point, I went from a size 20 jeans to 12/14 (depending on brand). I have lost 35 lb and countless inches. I want to look healthy and if I lose another 40 lb I’m not sure what I will look like. For me, it’s a lifestyle change not a diet! I can’t wait to see where Isagenix leads me! I have shared my journey with others – another goal of mine is to put bariatric surgeons out of business!!

6. Can you share your tips for success? What does a typical day look like for you?
7:45 ionix supreme – 1 oz cold liquid
After getting to work and getting the first patient ready to see the doctor I have my shake – cold water in my shaker bottle…yup no blender for me anymore, have found I like the shakes thinner and the shaker bottle works great!
10ish I eat half an isa lean bar
Lunch – if I was able to get to Wegmans then I have a salad, if not whatever was left over from what I made my daughter the night before
2ish snack – I mix this one up – pretzels and hummus, boiled egg, the other half of isa lean bar, nuts or celery and peanut butter
Dinner – shake because I usually work past 7 pm and I don’t like eating that late so another shaker bottle shake at work before 7pm
Oh did I mention water water and more water lol!
