We’re taking a new approach for this challenge. This time, we are going to host a challenge using DietBet. The only drawback for this challenge is that it really favors those who need a kickstart for losing weight, as there is no “Energy & Performance” category like we usually have.
The challenge is open to ANYONE, whether you use our products or not. Everyone who enters places a $10 bet. Your “challenge” is to lose 4% of your body weight in 30 days. It’s truly meant to be a “kickstart”. So if this aligns with your goals, please click this link to take you to the DietBet site to register. They will email you weigh-in details, etc.
Save your spot! Register anytime before April 17th to join the challenge!
The registration link and additional details will be provided in our private Facebook group “Isagenix Product Group – Cougars & Cowboys Team”. Please contact us to be added, or click here.
Below – meet the finalists from our 30-Day Challenge that ran from November 28th through December 24th, 2016. Tough to stay on track during the holidays but this group NAILED IT!
Cougars & Cowboys Nutrition 30-Day Challenge Weight Loss Finalist – Mary Clare LoPresti: “Cutting the gluten and upping the calories is just what I needed! I was stuck with my weight loss and breastfeeding. The deep crease from my post-baby love handles finally budged! 👊 It’s tempting to reach for high calorie junk to make up for the extra 500 calories breastfeeding burns, and I’m so glad I have my shakes to replace it with superfoods. I found that 4oz + 1 scoop of isalean in between meals is a great way to get more in without being too full for the next meal. I’m exactly half a pound under my pre-pregnancy weight at 5 months postpartum. It feels great! With the last baby any attempts at weight loss and calorie cutting lowered my milk supply. This nutrition is clearly killer! And my chunky baby agrees 👶 We had a big move this month and I didn’t work out ONCE… Except lifting boxes and furniture. For the first time in my life I feel like I’m at a place where working out will get me results, (instead if hiding under fat) and I can’t wait to focus on my strength. I’m super happy with my weight loss not just this month but the last 5. Slow and steady 💪 and the day when I can finally cleanse will be gloooorious!”
Cougars & Cowboys Nutrition 30-Day Challenge Weight Loss Finalist – Taraleigh Scott: “Wow… I enjoyed this challenge especially with it being Christmas time with all the parties and dinners. It helped keep me on track and focused… and a few days it helped me get back on track and re-focused! 🙂
During the challenge I had to go and buy new pants that were 2 sizes smaller!
My old ones were getting so baggy I could pull them off without undoing them! Pretty impressive considering when I started in September they were tight and it was either do something about my weight or buy bigger pants!
One of my weeks early in December seemed to be all my Christmas parties/dinners back to back so even though I did have a few days of cheats with 2 high cal meals a day for a couple of days and desserts (I had to battle off 5 pounds a second time because of those!) this challenge helped me “get back on the horse” and battle a little harder!
My goals for the holiday melt challenge were….
1. to loose 10 pounds… DID IT! YEAH!
2. to exercise at least 3 times per week… DONE! Oh YEAH!
3. to start retraining my mind that not eating does not equal weight loss! … Working on this everyday! 🙂
What a great challenge! Thanks! Looking forward to the next one!”
Cougars & Cowboys Nutrition 30-Day Challenge Energy & Athletic Performance Finalist – Aaron Reichert: Aaron dropped 10 pounds over the challenge period and focused on muscle tone and definition. He increased the intensity and frequency of his CrossFit workouts with help from the AMPED Energy & Performance line. His pre-workout is Amped Power and post workout is Amped Recover. He uses IsaLean PRO and IsaPro religiously, along with the IsaLean bars on the way to the gym, Natural Accelerator and the e+ naturally caffeinated energy shots.
Cougars & Cowboys Nutrition 30-Day Challenge Energy & Athletic Performance Finalist – Carrie Callahan: “I more did a bulk vs a cut. Winter for me is building strength, and I hit a few PRs. I added 10+# on my squat clean. Hit my PR on my snatch that I haven’t hit in a year. And came within 5# of my max bench I haven’t touched in about a year. So I’ve built a lot of strength the past few months.”
